Support That Fits the Home Life You Value

Your loved one may still enjoy home life while finding certain tasks tiring. Preparing lunch, keeping clothes clean or getting ready for bed can take more effort. You may need someone to share those daily responsibilities.

We ask what a comfortable day looks like before suggesting support. The client can share their preferences, and relatives can explain where help is needed. Our plan brings these details together while respecting choices and independence.

For Tower Lakes homes, including Country Club Estates and Fenview Estates, we discuss the address, home entrance and daily routine. Visits are planned around the person’s needs and caregiver availability.

Home Care Services for Your Daily Needs

Personal Care

Considerate assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and approved mobility tasks. We follow the routine, respect personal space and support the client in doing what they can comfortably manage.

Respite and Post-Hospital Support

Families sometimes need time away from care duties, or extra help when a loved one comes home after hospital treatment. We discuss non-medical support for meals, personal care and household needs.

Hourly, Overnight, 24-Hour and Live-In Care

We can explore care during selected hours, overnight or throughout the day. Hourly, 24-hour and live-in care have different staffing arrangements. We explain available choices, including caregiver rest periods, and plan around the client's needs, schedule and caregiver availability.

Everyday Observations Help Families Stay Connected

Changes may show up in ordinary moments: a meal left untouched, less conversation or a task taking longer than usual. Caregivers notice these patterns during visits and share observations through the agreed plan, giving families useful information about everyday support needs. With the client’s permission, updates help relatives understand what caregivers are noticing. Families can discuss concerns with healthcare providers and review the plan.

Meals and daily habits

We notice whether food is being eaten and whether familiar meal routines need more help.

Movement and personal routines

We observe changes in how the client manages dressing, walking and other familiar tasks.

Company and participation

We notice changes in conversation, interests and involvement in daily activities.

Reassurance and Routine for Someone With Memory Loss

A familiar home can hold memories, but daily tasks may still need support. We provide non-medical dementia care with companionship, help with personal routines and patient reminders throughout visits.

We ask about favorite activities, habits and the way your loved one likes to communicate. These details guide care planning and help us consider an appropriate caregiver.
