Personal Support in the Place You Call Home

You may have noticed that a parent is skipping meals, struggling with laundry or finding it harder to get dressed. Perhaps you are caring for a spouse and need someone you can turn to for help.

We start by listening. Our team learns what is becoming difficult, what the client wants to keep doing and which routines matter most. We then build a personal plan that respects their privacy, choices and independence.

For North Barrington families, that may mean help during the morning, company while relatives are at work or more support throughout the day. Care follows the person and their needs.

Home Care Services for Your Daily Needs

Personal Care

Respectful help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and approved mobility tasks. We provide the support needed while encouraging clients to do the parts of each routine they can manage.

Respite and Post-Hospital Support

Respite care gives family caregivers time to rest, work or attend to their own needs. After a hospital stay, non-medical help can support meals, personal routines and household tasks at home.

Hourly, Overnight, 24-Hour and Live-In Care

Different schedules suit different needs. We can discuss hourly visits, overnight help and more extensive support. Around-the-clock care and live-in care involve different staffing and rest arrangements. We explain the options based on the client's needs and caregiver availability.

We Keep an Eye Out for Change

Small changes in daily life can be easy to miss. A loved one may eat less, lose interest in favorite activities or need more help getting around. Our caregivers act as an extra set of eyes and ears during their visits. We share observations through the agreed communication plan. This helps families stay informed and raise concerns with the right healthcare provider when needed.

Meals and appetite

We watch for changes in eating habits and whether meals are becoming harder to manage.

Movement and daily tasks

We notice when walking, dressing or other familiar routines require more help than before.

Mood, memory and engagement

We watch for changes in conversation, participation and everyday habits.

Dementia and Alzheimer's Support at Home

When a loved one’s memory changes, familiar routines can become harder for the whole family. Our non-medical dementia support helps with daily activities, companionship, personal care and gentle reminders.

We learn about the person’s habits, interests and preferred way of communicating. These details help us plan support and look for a caregiver who fits the client.

Founder Chris Breneman and HR Manager Diane Robertson are Certified Dementia Practitioners. Their knowledge and personal approach help guide care planning and caregiver matching.
