Hourly care provides scheduled, non-medical help during agreed blocks of time. A caregiver may assist with personal care, meals, household tasks, errands, movement or companionship. Families can arrange visits around the client’s routine, while the local team confirms visit length, caregiver availability and all approved tasks.
Each plan follows the client’s needs, comfort and routine. A visit may cover one task or several kinds of support.
Good support should fit the client’s day. We ask when the client normally wakes, eats, rests and completes personal tasks.
Morning visits may cover dressing, grooming and breakfast. Midday help may include lunch, laundry or an appointment. Evening visits may cover dinner and changing clothes.
The client remains involved in decisions about visit times and approved help. Family availability can also be considered when the schedule is created.
Hourly care uses visits with clear start and end times. It may fit when the client has support or can comfortably manage between visits.
Overnight Care focuses on support from evening through morning. Live-In Care includes a caregiver staying in the home with planned sleep, breaks and off-duty time. With 24-Hour Care, caregivers work in shifts to provide continuous day and night coverage.
If help is needed between visits, we can review the plan. A longer schedule or another service may fit better.
Families may be unsure how much care to arrange. Begin with the times when support would make the biggest difference.
This may be a difficult morning routine, missed lunch or lonely afternoon. An evening visit may give a family caregiver time to rest.
A starting schedule helps everyone learn what works. It can be reviewed as the client becomes comfortable or needs more help.
Hourly care is generally priced according to the number of scheduled hours. Ease in the Home’s standard hourly range is $36–$42 per hour. The final rate may depend on the location, schedule, approved tasks and type of care team member needed.
The local team explains visit minimums, schedule requirements and proposed charges. The quote will show the included hours and tasks.
If two people need support in the same home, we review each person’s needs. Couples care may cost more than care for one client, but the rate is not always double. A personal quote is required.
A caregiver visits the client’s home for scheduled blocks of time. Each visit follows a service plan listing the approved tasks, visit hours, family contacts and update process.
Minimum visit rules may depend on the location, schedule and caregiver availability. The local office will explain the shortest available visit before the family confirms care.
