Finding care for yourself or someone you love can feel hard. You may not know how much help is needed, which type of caregiver to choose or how quickly care should begin. Ease in the Home makes the process easier to understand. We listen, learn about the client and build a plan around their needs, home and daily routine. Our concierge approach gives families personal attention from the first conversation through the start of care and beyond.
Every family comes to us with a different story. Some clients need companionship and help around the home. Others need personal care, support with safe movement or help during most of the day. Families may also contact us because a loved one’s memory, health or daily abilities have changed.
We do not begin with a standard package. We begin by asking questions, listening to the family and learning what matters most to the client.
Starting in-home care should feel clear and personal. Ease in the Home listens to your family, builds a care plan, and finds the support that fits a loved one’s needs and daily life. A caring start begins here.
Tell us why you are looking for home care, and when help is needed. We will listen, answer questions, and explain your best choices. A simple conversation helps us understand your family's care needs.
We learn about the client's routine, safety, movement, meals, memory and personal care needs. We also ask what brings comfort and joy. The best in-home care should fit the whole person at home.
We create a personal care plan with clear tasks, hours, and key goals. It may include hourly, overnight, or live-in care. The plan respects the client's routine, choices, safety and full independence.
Ease in the Home serves families in Barrington and Northwest Chicagoland, Illinois, as well as Bonsall and North San Diego County, California. Our Illinois office operates under Illinois Department of Public Health license #3001621.
Each market has local leadership. Families can speak with a team that understands their care plan and the community where care is being provided. This local, owner-led support is an important part of our concierge approach.
The timing depends on the client’s needs, requested schedule, location and caregiver availability. After learning about the case, our team can explain the next steps and possible start time.
There is no single answer for every family. We look at the client’s daily routine, safety, personal care needs and current family support before suggesting a schedule.
We welcome information about the type of person the client may feel comfortable with. We use this information, along with care needs and caregiver availability, when making a match.
Please tell us if something does not feel right. Our local team can review the match and discuss the next step.
