Chris Breneman, Certified Dementia Practitioner, founded Ease in the Home in 2017 to honor his late mother’s memory and provide an alternative home health care option to families in their time of need. Chris earned his BA from Loyola Marymount University and has over 25-years experience in management, marketing and business development.
Chris is involved in his community as a board member of Barrington Council on Aging (BACOA) as well as a Vestry member of St. Marks Episcopal Church. He is married and is raising twins in Barrington, IL.
BRAD GRUBAUGH, CDP
Ease in the Home Owner & Certified Dementia Practitioner

Brad Grubaugh, Certified Dementia Practitioner, joined Ease in the Home in 2020 to expand the company’s reach into California. He earned his BA from California State University San Marcos and has 25-years experience in management, marketing and business development.
Brad is heavily involved in his local community, volunteering his time as a coach in youth athletics and is consistently looking to participate in volunteer groups that are creating a positive impact in his surrounding area. His father, Paul Grubaugh, was Captain of the Vista Fire Department, and his service to the community inspired Brad to help others in their time of need. Brad is married with two children and his wife is very involved in volunteer work in the local community.
